Strout Brothers Moving is a locally owned family business based out of Bucksport, ME. The Strout brothers, James and Scott have been moving and maneuvering heavy items for over two decades.

From the early 2000's to 2020, we worked for a well known local appliance company in the coastal Maine area. Together we delivered and installed everything from household appliances to large built in Sub Zero and Wolf products. Year after year building a reputation with contractors, carpenters, property managers and consumers for attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and come through in any situation. Strout Brothers Moving started as a household moving company and while we still do household moves and moving of all kinds, we specialize in oversized items and unique situations.

 

Our passion for moving pianos, safes, hot tubs and other large items, has us constantly acquiring and hand picking the best equipment and methods.
